In the early morning of September 5, 1998, District of Columbia police dispatch received a 911 call of an unresponsive man. The police found 59-year-old Raymond Prillman lying face down on the ground of his first-floor bedroom in his Northeast home, dead of a single stab wound to the upper part of his chest.There was no evidence of a break in or forced entry.
