A Note from Author Sheletta Brundidge To Everyone in The Struggle, As the mother of three kids on the spectrum, I know it can be hard and nobody understands your pain. You feel alone. You feel isolated. You feel helpless. I'm here to let you know that things can and will get better. I'm here to tell you not to lose hope. At one point I had three babies in my house who couldn't look at me, chew their own food, wipe their own butts, or respond to their own names. I wanted to die, but I got inspired by other autism moms like Holly Robinson Peete who showed me that we have to keep pressing, pushing, and praying.
