Place the wrapping paper lengthwise on the table and roll the toilet paper roll (centered on the wrapping paper sheet) until the wrapping paper is stuck all the way around. 4. Tie a piece of ribbon around the excess tissue paper on one end, making a bow. 5. Fill the cracker with candies or small trinkets. 6. Tie the other end closed with ribbon and let the festivities begin!
