We will look at a book written by the half brother of Jesus, James. #justjames was #jamesthejust who lived what he preached: a just life. James spends five chapters unpacking truths about practical situations that we face in our day to day lives: trials, the tongue, injustice, relationships, and so much more. Just as James learned to live the just life, we, too, want to glean from him how to walk out our faith in the midst of trying times. While this study unpacks the truths of the book of James, it also offers practical Bible Study tips. Sometimes, sitting down with the Bible can feel overwhelming and cause us to be unsure where to begin or how to decipher the nuggets of wisdom found within. Because our number one goal as Teachers in the Word is to get you, a teacher, in the Word, we want to help guide you in knowing how to study Scripture. This study does just that.This study was created by teachers for teachers. Classroom applications abound. This 6-week study will be a great way to kick back, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee with teachers from around the world.
