Sammy became critically ill when a rare virus attacked her heart, but she made a miraculous recovery after 85 days in the hospital and rehab facility. This story was written for Sammy by her siblings to celebrate her life and the gift that she is to this world. They hope this story will be a reminder to everyone to keep believing in faith, hope, and kindness even in the darkest of times.
