What Is Witchcraft? Pagans have practiced witchcraft since ancient times, but, sadly, witchcraft is a misunderstood practice in today’s society. For example, the Wiccan rede says: An ye harm none, do what ye will. Other witches guide their acts by the Three-Fold Law, a concept similar to karma. This rule says that the energy that you put into the universe will come back to you multiplied by three.
