Ingredients: 1. 1 cup water 2. 1 pound (454 g) ground beef 3. 2 large red potatoes, cut into ¼-inch-thick slices 4. 1 medium head broccoli, chopped 5. 1 (10½-ounce / 298-g) can cream of mushroom soup 6. ½ cup beef broth 7. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 8. ½ teaspoon salt 9. ¼ teaspoon black pepper 10. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Beef and Broccoli Casserole Prep time: 15 mins | Cook time: 25 mins | Serves 4 Directions： 1. Pour water into Instant Pot and add trivet. Spread ground beef on bottom of a 7-inch cake pan. Arrange sliced potatoes over beef. Sprinkle broccoli over potatoes. 2.
