The Mindfulness Workbook for Anxiety offers 8 weeks of step-by-step guidance that includes: Weekly challenges Each of the 8 weeks has an activity or exercise designed to build and strengthen the skills that will help you manage and decrease your anxiety symptoms. Daily writing exercises Every week you’ll be presented with three main exercises, designed to be done twice each, back-to-back. Those exercises will take you through the first 6 days of your week. Strategies for growth Some strategies will be quiet meditations, others will be writing exercises, and some will require taking action. You’ll also be given homework to reflect on what you’ve learned.
