Desiring to know more about the Bible, he earned an MDiv at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. After serving the Lord as the pastor of two churches and in many other ways for thirty-seven years, he sensed God’s call to put the Bible into modern formats. He has spent the last fourteen years leading a team to create The Readable Bible. Over one-hundred people have worked with him on this project.Dr. Brendan Kennedy has a master’s degree in biblical languages and a PhD in Old Testament from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as a missionary, professor, and preacher for over 15 years. Today he pastors a Wesleyan church.Dr. Colby Kinser has an MDiv from Talbot School of Theology and a D.Min from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is a district superintendent for the Evangelical Free Church. He has served the church as a pastor for over 17 years, as a teacher at Ahero Evangelical School of Theology in Kenya, and as president of Hungry4HIM Ministries.Larry Stone, a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, has over forty years of experience in all aspects of book publishing. He built the trade book division of Thomas Nelson Publishers. Larry has worked for the American Bible Society and was briefly publications director for the Museum of the Bible. He has served as a missionary in Zambia and was an editor of The Africa Study Bible.Clyde Adams, an independent graphic designer with over 40 years of experience, has a BS degree in Visual Design from Auburn University.
