Emma Yang (Paris, 1973) is an author, home cook and mom. Born in Paris and raised in a multicultural environment, she started to cook at young age, helping her grandma - a Vietnamese migrant in France - with her traditional recipes. Her dad, formerly in the British army, contributed to her taste and curiosity for the European recipes, bringing her around in France, Spain, Italy and Greece in several trips since young age.
